黄芪总黄酮的改良提取方法

【摘要】 目的:研究黄芪总黄酮(Total Flavonoids of Astragalus,TFA)的分离纯化方法。方法:以分析纯芦丁为标准,在260nm波长处检测黄芪粗提物、乙酸乙酯改良萃取法提取物和聚酰胺静态吸附法提取物的TFA含量。结果与结论:乙酸乙酯改良萃取法提取物中TFA含量高达71.7%,而聚酰胺静态吸附法提取物中TFA含量为28.3%。

【Abstract】 Objective:To obtain the best separation and purification method of the total flavonoids of astragalus(TFA).Methods: The contents of TFA in astragalus crude extract and improved ethyl acetate extract as well as adsorptive process extract were quantified by ultraviolet spectrophotometer at 260nm,using analytical pure rutoside as a standard.Results and Conclusion: The TFA content was 71.7% in the improved ethyl acetate extract and was only 28.3% in the static polyamide adsorptive process extract.
