薄膜型抗蒸腾剂对常温贮藏红富士苹果品质与生理的影响

【摘要】 利用Transfilm,Wilt Pruf和Vapor Gard 3种薄膜型抗蒸腾剂处理红富士苹果,研究其对常温条件下果实贮藏性的影响.结果表明,抗蒸腾剂处理抑制了红富士苹果常温下的果实水分散失,降低了果实失重率,处理后91d,累计失重率比对照分别减少了53.34%,53.76%和70.97%.抗蒸腾剂处理提高了果实硬度,减缓了可溶性固形物含量的下降和可滴定酸含量下降的速度,增加了可溶性糖含量,提高了果实品质.处理后100 d,果实硬度比对照分别高出30.88%,30.88%和45.59%;可溶性固形物分别高出10.16%,11.72%和5.47%;可溶性糖分别高出39.1%,24.3%和32.2%;可滴定酸分别高出63.3%,56.7%和33.3%.综合果实品质和使用经济性,3种抗蒸腾剂处理中,以7.5%的Wilt Pruf效果最好,10%Transfilm次之.

【Abstract】 Three film-forming antitranspirant were sprayed on the apple for normal temperature storage.The transpirants are Transfilm,Wilt Pruf and Vapor Gard.Storage prosperity of different treatment were tested.The result shows that the antitranspirant prevented water loss of the fruits,thus decreased the weight loss rate and increased the fruit firmness after treatment.The slowing down of soluble solid and organic acid content were reduced while the soluble sugar content were increased.The 3 antitranspirant treatment prevented water loss by 53.34%,53.76% and 70.97% respectively compared with the CK(water treatment).100 days after treatment,the fruit firmness of the treated apples were 30.88%,30.88% and 45.59% higher,the soluble solid was 10.16%,11.72% and 5.47% higher respectively,the soluble sugar content is 39.1%,24.3% and 32.2% higher,while the organic acid content is 63.3%,56.7% and 33.3% higher than that of the CK.Overall,antitranspirant treatment improved the post harvest fruit quality under normal temperature.The best and most economic treatment is 7.5% Wilt Pruf,while 10% Transfilm treatment has similar quality but is more expensive.
