【Abstract】 According to the sequence of oleate desaturase gene from peanut,the highly conservative sequence 260 bp was selected and cloned into the expression vector,pFGC1008,to generate reverse repeat of the anti-expression vector pFGC/2nd.The RNAi technique was used to inhibit the expression of oleate desaturase gene in peanut,in order to obtain transgenic lines with high oleic and linoleic acid ratio.更多还原
