【摘要】 目的:检测survivin蛋白在结肠腺瘤、腺癌中的表达,探讨其与增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、尿激酶型纤溶酶激活物(uPA)的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学染色法检测survivin、uPA、PCNA蛋白在30例正常结直肠黏膜、30例结直肠非腺瘤性息肉、68例结直肠腺瘤、70例结直肠癌中的表达。结果:Survivin、UPA、PCNA的表达从结直肠正常黏膜、非腺瘤型息肉、腺瘤型息肉、腺癌逐渐增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并在此过程中survivin与PCNA呈正相关(P<0.05),survivin与PCNA表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:survivin和PCNA及UPA在结肠腺瘤中的发生、发展中起着协同的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To examine survivin proteins in colonic adenoma,adenocarcinoma with the expression,this paper explores its PCNA(PCNA), the urokinase type fibrinolytic enzyme activate items(uPA) relationship.Metheds: Using immunohistochemical method to detect uPA,survivin,PCNA proteins in 30 cases of normal colorectal mucosa,30 patients with colorectal than adenomatous polyp,68 cases of colorectal adenomas,70 cases of colorectal cancer expression.Results: Survivin,expression of PCNA UPA,from colorectal adenoma normal mucosa,non type polyp,adenomatous polyp,adenocarcinoma type to rise,and each significant(P<0.05),and in the process Survivin PCNA positively correlated with(P< 0.05),Survivin positively correlated with PCNA expression(P< 0.05).Conclusion: PCNA and survivin and UPA in colonic adenoma of occurrence,development plays a synergistic effect.更多还原
