【摘要】 随着免疫学和分子生物学发展,血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)成为肿瘤研究的一个新的热点。肿瘤细胞可以合成、分泌VEGF,它在肿瘤组织中的表达水平比周围的正常组织要高,并与肿瘤的恶性程度相关,这一理论已众所周知。大量研究表明,新生血管、淋巴管的形成,在肿瘤的发生发展及转移过程中起着极其重要的作用,而VEGF通过作用于其特异的VEGFR,参与了肿瘤新生血管、淋巴管的形成过程,与肿瘤的恶性程度及预后密切相关。本文对近年来VEGF的研究及其应用作一综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the devel opment of immunology and molecular biolo’gy,VEGF(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)as a new cancer research hotspot.Cancer cells can synthesize and secrete VEGF,which in the tumor tissue level than the surrounding normal tissue is higher,and associated with malignancy,this theory has been well known.A large number of studies have shown that angiogenesis,the formation of lymphatic vessels in tumor development and metastasis play a vital role,but the role of VEGF through its specific VEGFR,involved in tumor angiogenesis,the formation of lymphatic vessels,with the malignancy and prognosis.In this paper,VEGF and its application in recent years to conduct a general introduction.更多还原
