【摘要】 目的:研究急性冠脉综合征患者的CD133+循环祖细胞水平的变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪测定对照组和患者的外周血白细胞膜上CD133+的表达率。结果:急性心肌梗死组CD133+表达的EPCs水平为(0.09217±0.01428)%。不稳定性心绞痛组CD133+表达的EPCs水平(0.04507±0.02474)%。对照组为(0.03739±0.02127)%。结论:急性冠脉综合征患者的CD133+循环祖细胞水平较对照组显著增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the change of the CD133+ circulating endothelial progenitor cells of the patients with acute coronary syndrome.Method:Circulating EPCs as measured by the number of CD133 positive cells were detected by FACS.Results:AMI patients CD133+ EPCs were 0.09217±0.01428%.EPCs of UAP patients were 0.04507±0.02474%.Control persions 0.03739±0.02127%.Conclusion: ACS EPCs are haiher than the contrast ones.更多还原
