【摘要】 目的:观察Orem自护理论在人工全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:将79例人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为两组,观察组39例(实施自我护理),对照组40例(实施常规护理),比较两组并发症、自理能力。结果:两组患者并发症差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而自理能力观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:应用Orem自护理论对人工全髋关节置换术患者实施护理可提高患者自理能力,促进患者早日康复,提高了患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Orem self-care theory on the patients after total hip replacement.Methods: 79 cases patients after total hip replacement into were randomly divided into the observation group(39 cases),which received.Orem self-care,and comparison group(40 cases),which received general care.Self-care ability and complications of the 2 groups patients were observed. Results:The complications of the 2 groups weren’t significance(P>0.05),Howerer,and self-care ability was improved(P<0.01).compared with patients of the observe group.Conclusions:The application of Orem self-care on patients after total hip replacement can promote selfcare ability and rehabiliation early,meanwhile as well promote life level of the patients.更多还原
