【Abstract】 Some shortcomings will appear after taking the common supository such as peak-notch phenomenon,unsteady bllld concentaration,the exposed portion readily oxidized,deliquescence,deteriorate,ect.To improve the bioavaiability and the stability of the suppository,and to adapt to needs for clinical and the property of different medications better,aiming at controlling the release of the agent in the suppository,the researchers have developed may types of new suppository.The supository can be divided into two types by ist action.One of them takes into local effects in the orifice.The other one takes into the general action by absorbed into blood.更多还原
