【Abstract】 Objective:In order to search for anti AIDS agents with high potency and low side-effect.Methods:using anti-AIDS agents Zalcitabine as lead compound,from which three cinnamamide derivatives were synthesized via condensation with the corresponding substituted cinnamyl chlorides.Results:Three compounds were synthesized.Conclusion:The chemical structure of the new compounds was characterized by IR,1H-NMR and MS.更多还原
