【摘要】 目的:研究蒙药材毛茛的质量控制标准。方法:采用理化法及薄层色谱法(TLC)对毛茛进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定毛茛中槲皮素的含量。结果:TLC鉴别斑点清晰,分离度良好;含量测定中槲皮素的峰形好、分离度符合要求;槲皮素在0.3464~17.32μg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999);平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.4%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为毛茛的质量控制标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To establish the quality standards of Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.Methods:The identification of Ranunculus japonicus Thunb was carried out by TLC.The content of quercetin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spots were clear with high resolution.A good linearity of quercetin was in the range of 0.3464～17.32 mg /mL(r=0.9999).The average recovery of quercetin was 100.2% and RSD was 1.4%.Conclusion:This method is simple,sensitive,accurate and with good reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Ranunculus japonicus Thunb.更多还原
