【摘要】 思想认识上将辅导员工作与一般工作等同化,以及实践上对辅导员工作定位不够明确,是目前高校辅导员队伍建设中存在的突出问题。而由此导致的辅导员队伍年龄结构、知识结构的不尽科学合理,重事务性工作而思想政治教育功能相对弱化等倾向则制约着辅导员队伍专业化建设。从宏观管理政策、高校具体管理措施等不同层面优化辅导员队伍建设的政策、制度、机制环境,将有利于促进高校辅导员队伍的专业化建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two problems exist on college ideological staff: one is to ignore the differences of ideological work from other common work;the other is the vague definition of college ideological staff.As a consequence,it is not reasonable on the ages,educational background of the staff;in their work,management work is given enough attention but the function in the perspective of ideological education is ignored.This paper is to demonstrate the strategies to develop the staff in the perspectives of policy,regulations,administration environment under the administration policy and detail practices of college management.更多还原
