五配位阴离子型有机锡化合物[HNR3][MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me]的合成及生物活性研究
Synthesis and Biological Activities of Five-Coordinated Anionic Organotin(Ⅳ) Complexes[HNR3][MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me]
【摘要】 在有机胺的存在下,MeCy2SnCl与HOOCCH2COOH反应,得到了一系列的五配位阴离子型有机锡化合物,分子结构通式为:[Q][MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me](Q=HNR3=H2NEt2(1),HNEt3(2),H2N(i-Pr)2(3)),并通过IR,1H NMR,元素分析对这些化合物进行了表征.测定了[H2N(i-Pr)2]2[MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me](3)的晶体结构.结果表明,分子由一个二价阴离子和两个二异丙基胺阳离子组成.锡原子为变形的三角双锥结构,氧原子和氯原子处于竖直轴上.阴阳离子之间通过氢键(N-H…O,N-H…C)相连接,氮原子和氧原子及氮原子和氯原子之间的距离分别为2.798和3.189.测定了化合物的体外抗肿瘤活性和杀菌活性,结果表明该类化合物具有很强的体外抗肿瘤活性和杀菌活性.
【Abstract】 A series of new ionic organotin(IV)complexes with general formula[Q][MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me](Q=[HNR3]=diethylammonium,triethylammonium,di-i-propylamrnonium)were synthesized by the reaction of malonic acid with methyldicyclohexylltin chloride in the presence of an organic base.These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses,IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies.The crystal structure of[H2N(i-Pr)2]2 [MeCy2ClSnO2CCH2CO2SnClCy2Me]was determined by X-ray crystallography.The structure consists of an dianion part and two di-i-propylamrnonium cation parts.The tin atom has a distorted cis-tbp geometry with three carbon atoms occupying the equatorial positions,and O atom and Cl atom occupying the axial positions.The organotin anion and its counterion are connected through two hydrogen bonds between the N atom in the ammonium positions and the O atom,Cl atom of the carbonyl group with a N-O length of 2.798 and a N-Cl length of 3.189.The activity of the compounds in vitro antitumor and bactericidal was tested,and the results showed that these compounds have a strong anti-tumor activity in vitro and bactericidal activity.
