火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中锌的不确定度评定
Uncertainty of Determination of Zinc in Water by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry
【摘要】 根据JJF1059-1999《测量不确定度评定与表示》技术规范的要求,对水中锌的火焰原子吸收光谱法测定结果的不确定度进行评定.方法考虑火焰原子吸收光谱法测定水中锌的不确定度的来源包括标准贮备液定值、贮备液稀释至使用液过程、校准曲线拟合、重复测量样品及分析仪器等因素,计算出各种不确定度分量并将其合成,以此计算出水中锌测定结果的不确定度,结果为(0.705±0.018)mg/L.结果表明,影响锌测量不确定度的主要因素有校准曲线拟合、重复测量样品及分析仪器误差.
【Abstract】 The uncertainty of determination of zinc in water by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS)was evaluated according to JJF1059-1999 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement.The uncertainty of the certified values of standard reference materials used in the measurement,the uncertainty arising from the preparation of various chemical solutions involved in the measurements,the precision of standard curve,the precision of measurements to sample and the excursion of instrument were considered as the main sources of the combined uncertainty.Components of uncertainty and the combined uncertainty were deduced and calculated.The evaluation of uncertainty of zinc in water was obtained according to FAAS.The concentration of zinc in water was 0.705 mg/L,calculated according to mathematical model established in the present study,expanded uncertainty was 0.018 mg/L,and the expression of the uncertainty was(0.705±0.018)mg/L.The results of calculation and evaluation showed that the main factors were the precision of standard curve,the precision of measurements to samples and the excursion of instruments.
