施肥对高加索三叶草根系生长的影响

【摘要】 将破除硬实的高加索三叶草种子播种于T型容器中,出苗2周后,剔除弱苗,每个容器中只保留1株供试苗,立即施肥。试验分7个施肥处理,包括单施氮肥(8.60g/m2和4.30g/m22个水平)、单施磷肥(21.50g/m2和10.75g/m2 2个水平)与氮磷混施(氮8.60g/m2+磷21.5 g/m2及氮4.30g/m2+磷10.75g/m22个水平),以不施肥为对照(CK),各处理均设置3次重复。每隔1个月以相同施肥量追肥1次,试验期间共施肥3次。生长460d后,冲洗根系,观测高加索三叶草的根,测量根茎的直径、数量、最大长度及生物量。结果表明,氮肥能够促进高加索三叶草根系的生长,施用磷肥效果不明显,最经济的施氮量为4.30g/m2。

【Abstract】 To examine the effect of fertilize on the root growth of Trifolium ambiguum,six N and P fertilizer levels were carried out in the incubation of Inner Mogolia Agricultural University greenhouse.There were N fertilizer addition separately(8.60g/m2和4.30g/m2),P fertilizer addition separately(21.5g/m2和10.75g/m2),and N+P fertilizer mixed spreading(N8.60g/m2+P21.5g/m2) and N4.30g/m2+P10.75g/m2).Each treatment had three replicates while three seedlings were not fertilized(CK).The seedling was fertilized three times,interval of once a month.A complete root was washed after 460 days.The above and under ground biomass,the main roots and rhizomes were observed.The results showed that N and P were indispensable elements of T.ambiguum,which affected plants growth.The economical N fertilizer addition lever is 4.30 g/m2.However,the corresponding effects of P fertilizer was not be found in this research.
