桔皮中抗氧化物稳定性的研究
STUDY ON THE STABILITY OF THE ANTIOXIDANT FROM ORANGE PEEL
【摘要】 用80%乙醇做溶剂提取桔皮中的黄酮类化合物。在不同条件下,对黄酮类化合物的稳定性进行了研究。结果表明,黄酮类化合物对热、酸碱、蔗糖有较好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 Flavonoid from orange peel were extracted with 80% alcohol.Stability of flavonoid compounds were studied in different experiment condition.The result showed that flavonoid compounds have the batter stability to heat,acid,base and sucrose.
