Mycobacterium. sp BY11脱硫代谢产物的色谱分析
CHROMATOGRAM ANALYSES OF METABOLITE OF MYCOBACTERIUM SP. BY11 IN BIODESULFURIZATION PROCESS
【摘要】 采用气质联用技术(GC-MS)和高效液相色谱技术(HPLC)对Mycobacterium sp. BY11柴油脱硫菌的二苯并噻吩(DBT)代谢途径进行了考察。GC-MS和HPLC结果表明,代谢产物中有2-羟基联苯(2-HBP)与2-甲氧基联苯(2-MBP)存在;2-MBP是DBT生物代谢的最终产物。以HPLC对该菌株的水相脱硫过程进行监测,3天后DBT脱除完全,达到了较好的脱硫效果。
【Abstract】 The metabolite of dibenzothiophene(DBT) using Mycobacterium sp.BY11 was detected by GC-MS and HPLC,and the metabolic pathway was similar to the 4S pathway.2-Hydroxybiphenyl(HBP),which is the end metabolite in the DBT desulfurization process,and 2-methoxybiphenyl(MBP) were found in the reaction mixtures,and the methoxylation pathway from HBP to MBP was clarified.Concentrations of DBT and HBP were monitored in the desulfurization process by HPLC calibration curve.No DBT was detected after 72 h.
