【摘要】 以三乙胺为模板剂、利用水热晶化法合成CeAPO-5分子筛,系统考察了铝源、水量以及晶化条件对CeAPO-5分子筛合成的影响。研究结果表明:铝源是决定CeAPO-5分子筛合成及结构的关键组分之一,拟薄水铝石AlO(OH)是合成CeAPO-5分子筛的比较合适的铝源;在n(P2O5):n(Al2O3):n(Et3N):n(H2O):n(Ce2O3)=1:0.8:0.26:60:0.5;晶化温度150℃;晶化72小时的条件下,可合成CeAPO-5分子筛。

【Abstract】 CeAPO-5 molecular sieve has been hydrothermally synthesized with triethylamine used as the template.Effects of the nature of aluminum resource,ratio of raw materials and crystallization conditions on CeAPO-5 synthesis are discussed systematically.The study shows that the nature of aluminum resource turns out to be one of the key factors for the synthesis of CeAPO-5 molecular sieve.Through selective tests,pseudo-boehmite AlO(OH) is proved to be a fairly suitable feed,which,along with slow formation of CeAPO-5 precursor,could provide active Al intermediates.Highly crystallized CeAPO-5 molecular sieve could be produced at 150℃ on 72 hours’ crystallization with the ratio of materials being as follows: n(P2O5)::n(Al2O3):n(Et3N):n(H2O):n(Ce2O3)=1:0.8:0.26:60:0.5.
