【摘要】 我国人口已进入老龄化与高龄化阶段,家庭照顾功能的弱化使老年人的生活照顾困境日益凸显。老年社会学研究显示,随着高等教育事业的发展,高校老年人逐年增加。目前高校老年人的照顾模式尚不完善,并未针对他们的需求结构特征,满足其差异化和多样化的需求,因此给我国老年人照顾模式,甚至养老保障体系提出了新的挑战。在对Y大学社区离退休教师的深入调查的基础上,分析高校老年人的需求结构特征,剖析高校老年人社区照顾体系的现状,并引入个案管理的社会工作方法,从实践动因、实践路径和个案改进三个层面,就改进高校老年人的社区照顾进行了探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 The aging of population and mal-functional family care in China result in deteriorating life-care of the aded.The social gerontology reveals that the number of the dged retired from universities will be on the rise with the rapid development of higher education.In terms of the incomplete care system for the aged retired from universities,their differentiated and diversified demands are hard to satisfy.Such status quo challenges not only the elderly care system,but also the retirement pension system.After thorough investigations on the retired teachers in Y university community,the author shed lights on the demands structure of the aged retired from universities,and also the community care system of Y univiersity community,analysed its applying incentives,realizing paths,and case-study reconstruciton,hereby proposed a reconstruction of community care with a case management perspective and social work methodology.更多还原
