【摘要】 基于陕西礼泉、洛川、淳化、白水、旬邑5个黄土高原优势区苹果重点县实地调研数据,对苹果种植户参与订单农业的安排期望进行描述性分析。结果表明,陕西苹果种植户参与订单农业意愿存在区域差异,种植户参与订单农业的动机是借助以销定产农业产销模式,保障农产品销路。种植户更倾向于选择以农民经纪人为中间人;在与苹果贸易公司交易的预期安排中,苹果种植户容易接受和签订随行就市的短期书面合同,其中期望的订单价格区间集中在市场价格与高于市场价格0.30元之间,期望订单签订的最佳时机集中在上年苹果收购期、疏花疏果期和卸袋期。基于对订单农业风险判断的理性程度差异,苹果种植户对具体的订单条款设定期望存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the data of apple farmers in five main apple-producing counties of Shaanxi Province,this essay analyses empirically the apple growers’ expectation on contract arrangements.The research results show that there are some regional differences in the apple growers’ willingness of participating in contract-farming.Their participating motivation is making sure their sales line in advance.The apple growers prefer to choose the informed villagers as the intermediator.They sign short term written contracts with apple trading firms,and the expecting contractual price centralizes between market price and that plus 0.3 Chinese Yuan.The ideal times to sign the contract are mainly in the period of purchase,flowering and fruit thinning,and bagging off.The demand for every clause is different according to various worries about contract-farming of apple growers.更多还原
