【摘要】 针对资源枯竭型城市资源衰竭、经济衰退、环境恶化、生态破坏严重等一系列社会问题,采用理论分析与实证相结合的方法进行研究,指出城市发展循环经济是解决问题的关键。在描述了资源枯竭型城市发展循环经济的一般目标模式的基础上,根据资源型城市自身的特点从工业、农业两个层面设计了发展循环经济的生态园区模式。实践证明,发展循环经济有利于促进资源枯竭型城市的经济转型与可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of social problems of resources exhaustion,recession,environmental deterioration and severe ecological destruction in resources-exhausted cities,the paper carried out a research based on theoretical analysis and empirical study.Urban recycling economy is the key to the problem.Based on general target mode of circular economy of resources-exhausted cities,ecological garden mode of recycling economy is designed from the aspects of industry and agriculture according to the individual characteristics of resource-based cities.Practice proves that recycling economy is helpful to promote the resources-exhausted cities’ economic transition and sustainable development.更多还原
