【Abstract】 In view of the existing problems in the law major practice in science universities,the paper analyzes the differences in modes of law major practice between China and foreign countries by comparative studies.By taking reference from the advanced teaching experience of other countries,the author explores the pattern and operating mechanism of law major practice.The result indicates that it is essential to reform the current practice in order to improve students’ practice abilities.更多还原
