【摘要】 目的:探讨马鹿茸血口服液最佳澄清工艺。方法:澄清剂选择ZTC1+1天然澄清剂,选择ZTC的用量和药液浓缩比例作为试验因素,以总糖含量及甜菜碱含量为指标,采用均匀试验设计优选澄清工艺。结果:最佳澄清工艺条件为∶ZTC的用量1%,药液浓缩比例为1∶3。结论:本文优选的澄清工艺能很好的提高口服液的澄清度,且适合工业化生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the best Cornu Cervielaphi Pantotrichum and blood oral clarification process.Methods:Clarification of natural selection ZTC1+1 clarify agent,select ZTC usage and liquid ratio as a pilot enrichment,to total sugar content and betaine content as an indicator,used to clarify Uniform Design Selection Process.Results:The best conditions for the clarification process∶ZTC the amount of 1 percent,concentrated liquid ratio of 1∶3.Conclusion:The optimization of the clarification process could improve good oral liquid clarification,and is suitable for industrial production.更多还原
