【摘要】 目的:研究刺山柑水提物的降血糖作用。方法:采用煎煮法得刺山柑的水提取物,将得到的提取物以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病小鼠为模型,以体重、血糖、糖耐量为指标研究刺山柑提取物抗高血糖作用的药理活性。结果:刺山柑水提物对正常小鼠的体重和血糖无显著作用,能明显降低糖尿病小鼠血糖水平,但不能使糖尿病小鼠的体重增加;对正常小鼠的糖耐量无影响,而对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量有明显改善。结论:刺山柑果实具有降低血糖的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the hypoglycemic effects of the aqueous extract of Capparis spinosa.L.Methods:Polysaccharides extract was prepared by the water extract.The effect of the aqueous extract of Capparis spinosa on STZ-inducing diabetes mellitus model was investigated by body weight,blood glucose and glucose tolerance test.Results:The aqueous extacts can not decrease the body weight and the blood glucose in normal mice.It has hypoglycaemia effect in STZ diabetic mice,but it can not improve the body weight of diabetic mice.Besides there has no marked changes of the glucose tolerance in normal mice,whereare,the diabetic mice has.Conclusion:Capparis spinosa.L.fruit has proved hypoglycemic action thus it is a potential ancillary drug for diabetes.更多还原
