【摘要】 目的:建立妇康胶囊中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Reliasil C18(250×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(67∶33),检测波长321nm,流速为1.0 ml/min,柱温为40℃。结果:蛇床子素在9.26~45.65μg/ml范围间呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996(n=5),平均回收率为100.13%,RSD为2.33%(n=9)。结论:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)简便可行、重复性好,可用于妇康胶囊中有效成分蛇床子素的含量测定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To describe a method for determining osthole in FUKAN capsule by HPLC.Methods:The determination was carried out over a Reliasil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) at the temperature(40℃).The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(65∶35) with detection wavelength at 321nm and flow rate at 1.0 mL·min-1.Results:The linear ranges of osthole was 9.26～45.65 μg·mL-1(r =0.9996),The average recovery of osthole was 100.13%(RSD=2.33%).Conclusion:HPLC is simple,and had good linear relationship.it can be used as quality control for FUKANG capsule.更多还原
