单圆盘甘蔗切割器切割破头率影响机理研究

【摘要】 为了降低甘蔗切割器切割甘蔗的破头率,提高切割质量,在已建立的不同工况下切割器结构因素及振动因素对切割器切割破头率影响的数学模型基础上,分析了各因素对破头率的影响。利用动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS进行了切割器连续切割甘蔗的运动学仿真,通过观察每一根甘蔗的切割状态,并结合图解法研究了各因素对破头率的影响机理。结果表明:频率与振幅对破头率影响显著,切割器设计时应考虑增加减振措施。

【Abstract】 In order to decrease the broken root rate of sugarcane cutter and to increase cutting quality,the authors analyze the effects of factors on the rate of broken biennial root based on established cutter’s kinematic equation. At the same time,simulative kinematics analysis of cutting sugarcane continuously is carried out by using the dynamics analysis software ADAMS and affecting mechanism was studied by observing each cane’s cutting state and using schemes. This study shows that frequency and amplitude have a great effect on the rate of broken biennial root and libration devices should be considered in designing cutters.
