连杆轴颈磨损后的最佳供油提前角仿真分析

【摘要】 柴油发动机连杆轴颈磨损后最佳供油提前角将改变,为了得到连杆轴颈磨损后的最佳供油提前角,首先构建了曲柄连杆机构运动学模型,通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真,得到连杆轴颈磨损后的最佳供油提前角。针对某款柴油发动机,测量不同供油提前角时的全负荷速度特性,结果表明:仿真得到的最佳供油提前角与实际的完全吻合。

【Abstract】 Diesel engine’s optimum fuel supply advance angle will change after connecting rod journal worn.In order to obtain the optimum fuel supply advance angle after connecting rod journal worn,kinematics model of crank and connecting rod mechanism was set up.The optimum fuel supply advance angle after connecting rod journal worn was obtained from the simulation by the software MATLAB/Simulink.Aimed at a certain type diesel engine,measuring the full load and speed of the diesel engine with different fuel supply advance angle,the result shows that the optimum fuel supply advance angle obtained from simulation was completely consistent with the optimum fuel supply advance angle obtained from experiment.
