果园自动控制喷药系统的试验研究

【摘要】 以果园喷雾小车的喷雾系统为研究对象,设计了空间和平面两种试验方案,通过改变小车油门和试验面与喷嘴的相对位置来改变小车行车速度和喷雾距离,并利用MATLAB和Excel对试验数据进行分析处理,得到试验效果图。试验结果表明,喷雾距离是影响喷雾均匀性的首要条件,喷雾速度影响不显著。当距离在1.5m左右时,均匀性不高,但是药物沉积量高;当距离在1.8m左右时,均匀性最高。

【Abstract】 In order to make a analysis of the uniformity in spray, spatial and plane plan were designed. During the experiments, the speed of the car was contryed by the accelerator, and the spray distance was adjusted by the relative position of the experimental surface and the nozzle. In the space, processed the data which obtained by spraing the outdoor trees by matlable to gain the chart when processed the data which obtained by spraing the indoor plane by excel in the plane.The results showed that spray distance was the main factor to affect the uniformity, the speed of spray was not significant. When the spray distance about 1.5 metre the uniformity was not significant but the deposition of droplet was significant. When the spray distance about 1.8 metre the uniformity wan significant.
