刮板毛刷式采棉机采摘部件的研究
The Research of Picking Unit on Scraper-brush Cotton Stripper
【摘要】 阐述了刮板毛刷式采摘部件的滚筒的基本结构和工作原理,在分析刮板毛刷式采棉机采摘部件的结构基础上,对其运动轨迹建立数学模型,确定影响其工作指标的参数,为更好地设计其结构创造有利条件。通过运动仿真虚拟建模,实现模拟滚筒的运动仿真试验,得出采棉滚筒的运动轨迹曲线。
【Abstract】 The basic structure and principle of brush-roller of scraper-brush cotton stripper component is introduced on the basis of analyzing on structural foundation of the component mathematical model of its motion trajectory is established,the parameters of its key work index are determined,and favorable conditions for the structural design is created.By means of motion simulation and virtual model,curve figures of motion trajectory of the vibration of drums are realized.
