【Abstract】 There are many factors which affected certain physicochemical properties of soybean protein isolate gelatin.In order to determine suitable conditions of soybean protein isolate gelatin,study and design intelligent decision support system for the stability of soybean protein isolate gelatin.It designed hybrid reasoning algorithm of Case-Based Reasoning and fuzzy ARTMAP neural network on the base of the analysis of the goal,the function and the structure.The algorithm improved the accuracy and efficiency of reasoning effectively.The system has good practical value.更多还原
