2CMF-4型悬挂式马铃薯种植机的研究

【摘要】 在对国内外马铃薯种植机研究现状分析的基础上,通过创新设计了2CMF-4型悬挂式马铃薯种植机。该机吸收了国外先进技术,结合我国马铃薯的农艺要求,确定了整机模块化组装方案,使机架、地轮架、播种架通用单体、传动机构、覆土铧、镇压器等根据行距灵活调整,不仅使机器区域适应性广,而且有利于产业化批量生产。经用户实际作业验证,本机性能良好,各项指标均达到了设计要求,生产效率高,完全能满足大型种植户的需求,填补了国内大型马铃薯种植机械的空白。

【Abstract】 The 2CMF-4 potato-planting machine is an innovative design which is on the base of the researching of the latest potato-planting machine development at home and abroad and the design adopts the advanced technology abroad. The assembly plan of the machine module is settled on the local potato planting requirement. The body bracket,wheel bracket,planting bracket,drive mechanism,soil cover plough,field roller and some other parts could be adjusted freely according to the row spacing. The machine has excellent adaptability and it is suitable for mass production. The customers ’ operations show that the machine’s properties are excellent and satisfy all the design requirements. The machine is highly efficient and capable of large-scale planting,which fill a gap in the large-scale potato planting area.
