水稻直播机播种自动控制系统的设计
Design of Automatic Control System in Rice Direct Seeding Machine
【摘要】 设计了一种水稻直播机播种自动控制系统,用红外光敏管检测播种信号,霍尔元件检测距离信号,采用单片机和步进电机实现播种量自动调节,实现了水稻直播机的均匀播种和智能控制,为提高播种质量和水稻产量创造了条件。
【Abstract】 The paper designs an automatic control system in rice direct seeding machine. The system employs infrared sensitive tubes to detect seeding signals,hall elements to detect distance signals and achieves the automatic adjustment of seeding amounts with the help of chip micro-computer and stepping motor. In addition,the system realizes even seeding and intelligent control of rice direct seeding machine,which contribute a lot to improving the seeding quality and the crop output.
