【摘要】 药品价格问题始终是社会各界关注的热点和难点,政府也在积极探索解决药品价格问题的有效途径。我国药品价格管理体系存在没有打破药品垄断买方市场体制和定价依据有待于进一步科学化的问题。通过对国际通行的四类药品价格管理模式的优势与不足的分析及借鉴,提出优化我国药品价格管理体系的对策主要是增强政府调控力度,兼顾各方利益均衡,实行差异化价格管理,科学确定定价依据以及优化政府定价部门的职能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of the drug price has always haunted our society and become a hotspot as well as a difficulty.The government is actively exploring some effective ways to solve it.How to break the monopolized buyer’s market system and make the pricing basis more scientific still challenge our drug price management system.This article analyzes four types of popular international drug price management system,points out their advantages and disadvantages,and gives some implications.It puts forward that the countermeasures for our drug price management system is to reinforce the government control,balance all parts’ benefits,realize diversified price management,and make the pricing basis more scientific,as well as optimize the function of the government pricing department.更多还原
