【Abstract】 Taking the members of Neijiang Martial Arts Team as the subjects,a study was made to investigate their performance in completing the act of sidefoot double-arm grip of leg in respects of the balanced capacity and the technical requirements. And a theoretical analysis was also made from the perspectives of biomechanics of athletics and athletic anatomy in the hope of finding out the techical factors that may directly make or mar the act in regards to the swinging of one’s arms and the leg,the gravity center height,the bearing surface and flexibility.
