江苏省沿江地区城镇空间布局构想

【摘要】 沿江地区是江苏省城镇最为密集的地区,也是城市化水平最高的地区,但沿江两岸的城镇发展却存在非常明显的差异,致使沿江地区的城镇体系发育不完善,整体竞争力提升缓慢,因此拟通过对城镇空间的合理布局来提高其在长三角地区的竞争力.借助中心性指数和重力模型的计算,结合沿江地区的实际情况构建了3个跨江都市圈.南京都市圈定位为长三角地区的区域服务中心,锡常泰都市圈打造为江苏国际制造业的重要基地,苏通都市圈作为上海都市圈的内圈层,将实现与上海全方位的呼应与对接.从区域外部空间协调来看,应将以3个都市圈为主导的沿江城镇网络体系主动融入到以上海为中心的全球城市区域框架中,作为长三角城市群的重要组成部分参与国际分工与协作.

【Abstract】 Region along the Yangtze River is the biggest area of town density and highest area of urbanization level in Jiangsu Province,but obvious differences exist in towns of this region.This results in imperfect urban system and slow promotion of whole competition.Therefore,in order to improve its competitiveness in the Yangtze River delta area,it is necessary to optimize and adjust its urban space.In virtue of calculating centrality indices and using the gravity-model approach about 8 cities along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province,3 metropolitan regions are built.Function orientation of Nanjing metropolitan region is regional service center for the Yangtze River delta area,the goal of Xichangtai metropolitan region is an important base of international manufacturing of Jiangsu,and as an inner circle of Shanghai metropolitan region,Sutong metropolitan region brings about full-range echo and docking to Shanghai.In the case of coordination of regional outer space,towns network system dominating with 3 metropolitan regions for region along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province should be actively merged into the frame of global city-region with Shanghai as the center,and it participates in the international division and cooperation as an important part of urban agglomeration of the Yangtze River delta.
