双压凝汽器的运行分析

【摘要】 在实际运行中,大型机组双压凝汽器普遍存在着高、低压侧压差明显偏离设计值的问题.现从机组汽缸布置等方面分析了问题的成因,并通过对超超临界1 000MW机组双压凝汽器的计算分析,揭示了高、低压凝汽器的凝结负荷偏差对其压差及加权平均压力的影响.结果显示,低压侧凝结负荷增大,虽然使高、低压侧的压差小于设计值,但是对等效压力的影响很小,对机组热力性能不产生明显影响.

【Abstract】 In practical operation,the problem that the pressure difference between high and low pressures condensers obviously derivates from the design value is quite universal for dual-pressure condensers of large steam turbines.This paper analyzes causes of the problem in terms of the layout of cylinder units,and through the calculation and analysis of the 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical units with dual-pressure condenser,reveals the impact that the condensing load deviation of high and low pressure condensers has upon the pressure difference as well as the weighted average of pressure.The results of the research show that although the increase of condensing load of the low pressure side makes pressure difference lower than the design value,yet it has little impact upon the equivalent pressure,and has no obvious impact upon thermal performance of the unit.
