【摘要】 免疫PCR技术是一种在免疫学和PCR技术基础上建立起来的新型检测技术,这种技术同时具有ELISA的高特异性和PCR的高灵敏性。本文介绍了免疫PCR的技术原理和反应体系,比较其不同种类和应用范围,指出免疫PCR存在的问题并提出相应的对策;归纳了目前免疫PCR在食品安全等领域中的应用;并结合免疫PCR技术的优势提出其在食品安全检测中的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immuno-PCR (IPCR) ,a newly developed detecting technology,was established on the base of immunological research and PCR technique. Thus,it exhibits the characteristics of the high-specificity of ELISA and the high-sensitivity of PCR. In this review,the mechanism and reaction system of IPCR were introduced. By comparison of different IPCR technology and corresponding application areas,the existing problem and countermeasure of IPCR as well as the applications in food safety etc were summarized. Finally,the prospects of IPCR in food safety control based on its advantages were outlined as well.更多还原
