水稻抽穗期4个异交相关性状对外源GA3的敏感性及其QTLs定位

【摘要】 以98个家系组成的Nipponbare/Kasalath//Nipponbare回交重组自交系(BIL)及其亲本为遗传材料,利用复合区间作图方法(CIM)在两个环境下研究了水稻抽穗期4个异交性状对外源GA3处理的敏感性及其QTLs定位。结果表明:两个环境下BIL群体4个异交性状GA3处理值较对照显著增加。最上节间长度反应指数在两个生长环境中共检测到3个QTLs,分别位于第1、3、11染色体上,对GA3敏感的等位基因分别来自Kasalath、Kasalath、Nipponbare,解释表型变异的7.70%~13.77%。柱头外露率反应指数共检测到2个QTLs,分别位于第2和第7染色体上,对GA3敏感的等位基因分别来自Nipponbare和Kasalath,解释表型变异的14.17%和20.58%。小花开花历时反应指数在两个生长环境中检测到1个QTL,位于第11染色体上,对GA3敏感的等位基因来自Kasalath,解释表型变异的10.76%。开颖角度反应指数共检测到2个QTLs,分别位于第1和第7染色体上,对GA3敏感的等位基因分别来自Nipponbare和Kasalath,解释表型变异的9.42%和14.17%。与Nipponbare相比,Kasalath含有较多的增强GA3敏感性的等位基因。

【Abstract】 A mapping population with 98 backcross inbred lines(BIL,BC1F13),derived from a backcross of Nipponbare(japonica)/Kasalath(indica)//Nipponbare by the single seed descent methods,was employed to study sensitivities of 4 outcross-related traits at heading stage to exogenous GA3 and to map quantitative trait loci(QTLs)for index of responsive to GA3 by composite interval mapping method under two different growing environments in rice.Results showed that the average value of GA3 treatment for 4 outcross-related traits in BIL population increased significantly than that of control in two different growing environments.Three QTLs for responsive index of the uppermost internode length were detected.They were located on chromosome 1,3 and 11,explained 7.70%13.77% of phenotypic variance,respectively.Positive alleles came from Kasalath,Kasalath and Nipponbare,respectively.For responsive index of percentage of exerted stigma,two QTLs were detected on chromosome 2 and 7,and explained 14.17% and 20.58% of phenotypic variance,respectively.Positive alleles came from Nipponbare and Kasalath respectively.Only one QTL for responsive index of flowering duration of spikelet was detected.It was located on chromosome 11,explaining 10.76% of phenotypic variance.Positive allele came from Kasalath.Two QTLs for responsive index of angle of glumes opening were detected on chromosome 1 and 7,and explained 9.42% and 14.17% of phenotypic variance.Positive alleles came from Nipponbare and Kasalath respectively.Compared with Nipponbare,Kasalath contained more positive alleles of the sensitivity to GA3.
