ABA上调水稻叶片中OsHsf基因的表达

【摘要】 运用半定量PCR方法研究了ABA和H2O2诱导水稻热激转录因子基因OsHsfA4a和OsHsfA2的表达情况。结果表明:ABA和H2O2均能上调水稻OsHsfA4a和OsHsfA2基因的表达,分别在4 h处理时间内产生2个表达高峰;H2O2清除剂和抑制剂预处理试验证明,ABA对水稻OsHsf基因的诱导作用是通过ABA诱导产生的H2O2而实现的。

【Abstract】 The expression of the rice heat stress transcription factor genes OsHsfA4a and OsHsfA2 under ABA or H2O2 treatment was analyzed by RT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of OsHsfA4a and OsHsfA2 genes was up-regulated by ABA and H2O2, and a biphasic response in the expression of the two genes induced by ABA and H2O2 was observed in leaves of rice plants.Pretreatments with H2O2 scavengers or inhibitor substantially blocked the up-regulation in the expression of the two genes induced by ABA treatment,suggesting that H2O2 is required for the ABA-induced up-regulation in leaves of rice plants.
