【摘要】 运用半定量PCR方法研究了ABA和H₂O₂诱导水稻热激转录因子基因OsHsfA4a和OsHsfA2的表达情况。结果表明:ABA和H₂O₂均能上调水稻OsHsfA4a和OsHsfA2基因的表达,分别在4 h处理时间内产生2个表达高峰;H₂O₂清除剂和抑制剂预处理试验证明,ABA对水稻OsHsf基因的诱导作用是通过ABA诱导产生的H₂O₂而实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The expression of the rice heat stress transcription factor genes OsHsfA4a and OsHsfA2 under ABA or H₂O₂ treatment was analyzed by RT-PCR.The results showed that the expression of OsHsfA4a and OsHsfA2 genes was up-regulated by ABA and H₂O₂, and a biphasic response in the expression of the two genes induced by ABA and H₂O₂ was observed in leaves of rice plants.Pretreatments with H₂O₂ scavengers or inhibitor substantially blocked the up-regulation in the expression of the two genes induced by ABA treatment,suggesting that H₂O₂ is required for the ABA-induced up-regulation in leaves of rice plants.更多还原
