【摘要】 20世纪90年代以来,以跨国公司为主的外国直接投资(FDI)大举进入中国植物油加工业;与此同时,中国油料及植物油进口呈现出持续快速增长的局面。对FDI与中国油料、植物油贸易的关系进行实证检验,并从跨国公司的视角对二者相互影响的原因进行了探讨。主要结论为:跨国公司直接投资与中国油料进口之间存在互补关系和相互促进的格兰杰因果关系;FDI和中国油料、植物油出口贸易之间的相互影响目前还没有显现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper examines the relationship between inflow transnational corporation’s direct investment(FDI) and trade in oilseeds and vegetable oil sectors in China on the basis of econometric models.The causal relationships between them are further identified.Finally,some possible explanations are given after considering the characteristics of the trade and transnational corporations in China’s oilseeds processing industry.The research result indicates that there exists a positive co-integration and a strong complementary relationship between oilseeds import and FDI in China’s oilseeds processing industry.更多还原
