【Abstract】 Under the background that national collective forestry tenure reform,combined with the reform practices,this paper explores some innovative ideas of forestry tenure institution from a legal point of view.Starting from the clarification of forestry property rights,and the improvement of the operation mechanism in gradual market trading,thus the goal should be achieved that the forestry farmers assets income will be increased,the structure and relationship of forestry property rights can become more standardized and reasonable.更多还原
