三代像增强器的高速选通控制设计
Design of High-speed Gated Circuit for Third Image Intensifier
【摘要】 针对水下成像等主动探测应用的需要,设计了一种能够使三代微光像增强高速选通工作的控制电路。应用串联雪崩管电路原理,设计了一种适应三代光阴极的高速选通的控制装置,通过分析和试验,实现了选通控制电路的参数匹配,产生一个-800 V左右、频率125 Hz的选通脉冲,使三代像增强器光阴极能够在3.3、4.9和15.2 ns宽度的脉冲下高速选通工作;测试该选通的三代像增强器极限分辨率,结果表明其极限分辨率在各选通脉冲宽度下基本一致,与不选通时的极限分辨率相差不超过3.8%。
【Abstract】 According to the requirement of developing active image system,a high-speed gated circuit for the third image intensifier is designed.By applying the principle about a series-avalanche tubes circuit,a gated control device is designed for the cathode of a 3rd generation image intensifier.Through the analysis and experiment,the parameters of the gated circuit are matched.Some gated pulses of-800 V and 125 Hz are engendered,making the photocathode of the 3rd generation image intensifier operate with these high-speed gated pulses which have the widths of 3.3 ns,4.9 ns or 15.2 ns.The limit resolution of the gated image intensifier is measured.A result is obtained that the resolution performance of the gated third image intensifier is almost the same with the non-gated intensifier and is only attenuated about 3.8%.
