估算YB-3有机玻璃蠕变疲劳寿命的时间寿命分数法
Creep-Fatigue Life Estimation of YB-3 PMMA with Time-Life Fraction Method
【摘要】 由蠕变试验得到有机玻璃YB-3在不同应力水平下的断裂时间和蠕变柔量,应用粘弹性模型将蠕变柔量转换得到不同频率下的动态柔量。根据动态柔量和不同频率的疲劳试验结果,拟合得到了YB-3有机玻璃的Δ-εN曲线,形成了有机玻璃的蠕变疲劳寿命估算的时间寿命分数法。进行了不同频率下YB-3有机玻璃在拉-拉载荷下蠕变疲劳寿命的估算,计算结果与试验结果吻合。
【Abstract】 The fracture time and the creep compliance under different tensile stresses are obtained from YB-3 Polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) creep test.The dynamic compliance is transformed from the creep compliance by using a viscoelastic model.The Δε-N curve is fitted according to the dynamic compliance and the fatigue experiment.Then,based on the Δε-N curve,the time-life fraction method is customized to PMMA fatigue life evaluation.Using the method,the fatigue life of YB-3 PMMA under different frequency tensile cyclic loads is estimated.The predicted result agrees well with the experimental data.
