【摘要】 一种新型环氧树脂增韧剂——KH-07被成功地用于建筑结构胶。考查了KH-07的用量对胶粘剂综合性能的影响,结果表明,KH-07增韧剂能大幅提高胶粘剂的粘接剪切强度、冲击剥离强度和胶体自身强度,而且耐湿热老化性能也优于其他对照的增韧剂。另外,对KH-07增韧剂所产生的相分离现象也进行了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 A new flexibilizer KH-07 has been successfully used in the building structural adhesive. The effects of added KH-07 amount on properties of the adhesives were studied and the results showed that KH-07 as a flexibilizer can significantly increase the bond shearing strength, impact-peeling strength and cured adhesive strength, furthermore, the heat resistance and aging properties were also better in comparison with other flexibilizers. In addition, the phenomenon of phase separation arised from KH-07 flexibilizer was also discussed.
