二次回风空调系统控制与节能
Control and Energy Conservation of Secondary Air Exchange HVAC System
【摘要】 二次回风空调系统常应用于座椅下送风以满足送风温度较高的要求,其控制策略与系统直接关系到室内温湿度环境及节能效果,本文阐述二次回风系统的控制思路,结合实际项目分析采用二次回风系统约节能20%,风机实现变频控制,减少风机能耗约70%。
【Abstract】 The secondary air exchange HVAC system is commonly combined with under seat air distribution system (USAD) to achieve the requirement of higher temperature supply air. The control strategies of this system affect the humidity and temperature of indoor environment and building energy conservation. This paper presents the basic control strategies of secondary air exchange HVAC system. Through the analysis from practice, this system with proper control strategy can save 20% of electricity. The strategy of frequency conversion in pumps can reduce 71% of electricity when comparing to the normal system.
