【摘要】 目的探讨多媒体集中访视法在腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法将452例择期腹腔镜手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用多媒体集中访视法;对照组常规方法,即采用语言及图片交流访视法。访视前后指导患者填写状态-特质焦虑问卷和手术相关知识的问卷及访视满意率调查。结果两组患者访视后焦虑评分均降低,观察组的焦虑评分降低明显优于对照组(P<0.01);同组患者访视前后焦虑评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组患者访视后对手术相关知识的掌握情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);护士对观察组患者的访视率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患者对术前访视的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用多媒体集中访视能明显减轻腹腔镜手术患者焦虑情绪,使患者比较全面熟悉手术相关知识,明显提高术前访视率和满意率,保证了手术室整体护理的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of concentrated multimedia-assisted visits to laparoscopic surgery.Methods A total of 452 subjects with elective laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group(with multimedia-assisted visits)and control group(with sound and photo visits).The questionnaires on anxiety,operation knowledge and satisfaction with visits were applied before and after visits.Results The scores on anxiety in the two groups were both decreased.The score on anxiety in the observation group was more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the anxiety degree between pre-and post-visits in both groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference between the two groups in contrast of pre-and post-visits in terms of surgical knowledge(P<0.01),and the patient’s satisfaction rate on preoperative visits in observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Concentrated multimedia-assisted visits are effective in reducing anxiety of patients with laparoscopic surgery and improving the patients’general knowledge on the surgery and the satisfaction and frequence of preoperative visits,thus enhancing the nursing quality.更多还原
