【摘要】 目的探讨"一对一"沟通技巧指导能否提高内向型实习护生的临床沟通能力。方法选取2008年4月—2009年3月在骨科实习的护理高职和中专的内向型学生60名,应用随机数字表法,分成观察组和对照组各30名,对照组在常规带教方法下实习,观察组在常规带教方法和"一对一"沟通技巧指导下实习。分别用《护生临床沟通能力测评量表》在刚入科时以及实习结束时对学生的临床沟通能力进行测评。结果观察组的临床沟通能力明显优于对照组(P<0.001),观察组敏锐倾听、建立和谐关系、传递有效信息和确认病人问题4个维度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义;验证感受和共同参与2个维度与对照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论"一对一"沟通技巧指导能有效改善内向型护生的临床沟通能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of "one-to-one" instruction on communication skills to introverted nursing students.Methods 60 introverted nursing students conducting internship during April 2008 to March 2009 were equally randomized into the observation group and control one using random number table: the students in the control were trained using routine instruction and those in the observation received "one-to-one" instruction on communication skills and routine instruction.The clinical communication ability was assessed before and after the internship by Nursing Students Clinical Communication Ability Assessment.Results The students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control in terms of listening,establishing friendship,passing effective information and affirming patients(P<0.001),but the differences between the groups were insignificant in terms of verification of feelings and joint participation(P>0.05).Conclusion "One-to-one" instruction on communication skills is effective in developing the communication ability of introverted nursing students.更多还原
