【摘要】 目前,公共危机理论著作中对于互联网的影响和功能的论述依然将发展初期(Web1.0时代)的互联网作为分析对象。本文认为,以Web2.0为基础的互联网新应用形态已经逐渐成为网络传播的主体形态,并赋予了网民更大程度的发布、接收信息的自由,加大了对公共安全危机的影响。对此,本文提出了相关的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present internet(Web 2.0)is already far beyond the stage of Web 1.0,but most researchers of public crisis management still regard the older version Internet as their main target for analysis.This paper tries to study the new ways and characteristics of the influence of web 2.0,which provides users with much more freedom and power, upon public crisis management in China.Suggestions are made for public bodies to improve their strategies in dealing with public crisis.更多还原
