【摘要】 目的探讨丘脑肿瘤的显微外科手术治疗方法和疗效。方法对我院从2003年10月至2010年1月采用不同的手术入路治疗丘脑肿瘤16例,总结临床效果。结果 16例丘脑肿瘤手术,其中全切除肿瘤12例,次全切除2例,部分切除2例。术后,12例临床症状改善,3例出现轻偏瘫,1例术后1周死亡。结论丘脑肿瘤位于脑深部,难度较大,术前制订细致的手术方案,熟练的显微外科技术,采用适当的手术入路和方法获得满意的疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the aperative methods and effects of thalamic tumor.Methods Sixteen patients with thalamic tumor accepted the microsurgeries via different operative approaches in our hospital from October 2003 to January 2010 and their curative effects were abserved.Results Among 16 cases,there were 12 cases of total tumor resetion,2 cases of near total resection and 2 cases partial resection.The results showed that 12 cases improved,3 hemiplegic paralysed and 1 dead.Conclusion The satisfied effect can obtained when microsurgery therapy is employed via proper operative approach and method to cure thalamic tumor.更多还原
