计算机三维塑形在钛网个体化修补颅骨缺损中的应用
Application of Computer 3D Image Formation in Individual Titanium Mesh for Repairing Skull Defect
【摘要】 目的探讨采用计算机三维塑形技术进行个体化颅骨缺损修补的临床应用价值。方法选择68例颅骨缺损病人,术前利用CT进行头颅扫描取得颅骨缺损部位二维数据,根据二维数据利用计算机三维塑形重建制作个体化钛网。术中将钛网根据解剖结构固定于缺损部位。结果68例患者中,全部患者切口一期愈合,2例出现皮下积液(经皮下穿刺抽液后消失),所有病例修补后头颅对称,外形良好基本恢复了原始状态。结论应用计算机三维塑形钛网修补颅骨缺损值得推广。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical application of computer 3D image formation in individual titanium mesh for repairing skull defect.Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with skull defect were given cranial CT scan and 2D data were obtained.According to these data individual titanium meshes were produced with the aid of computer.These meshes were fixed in defect site according to anatomical structure.Results All the incision got primary healing and two cases got seroma(fluid disappeared after subcutaneous puncture).In all cases the repaired skulls were symmetrical and in good shape basically and resumed its original state.Conclusion Application of computer three-dimensional shaping of titanium mesh plate cranioplasty should be promoted.
