白枇杷保鲜技术的研究
Research on Fresh-keeping Technology of White Loquat
【摘要】 以"宁海白"枇杷为试验材料,对其在不同温度和湿度条件下的保鲜贮藏效果进行试验研究,通过测定白枇杷不同处理在贮藏过程中的腐烂率、硬度、可溶性固形物及酸含量的变化,探讨白枇杷的最佳贮藏条件。
【Abstract】 As test materials with white loquat,the storage effect of preservation conditions in different temperature and humidity are studied.The store process decay rate,hardness,soluble solids and acid contents,best storage conditions of white loquat are discussed through the determination of different processing.
